The Survey Generator is website survey software that allows you to create online surveys in your website. Your surveys are contained within your web pages without the use of pop-ups, frames or any advertising.

Wouldn't it be great to create any kind of online survey, any time you need it? Whether you need a customer service survey, an employee satisfaction survey, a conference or workshop evaluation, or a short, simple email survey or online questionnaire, you need online survey software.

The Survey Generator allows you to create as many surveys and as many questions as you like. You can also define answers for respondents to choose when completing your survey or allow free-form responses.

The Survey Generator supports four response types:

• Checkboxes - allows for selecting one or more choices from a list of possible answers
• Radio Buttons - requires respondent to make a single selection
• Drop Down List - displays a drop-down list box, allowing a single selection (good for long lists)
• Free Form - displays a text box for free-form responses

Multiple question types can be used within a single survey. You can also specify whether a response is "optional" or "required" for each question.

Collect Demographic Information from Respondents

Data can be collected from survey participants, and the information can be stored with their survey responses. You choose whether data input is "optional" or "required."

The Survey Generator can capture the following fields, which can optionally be used to populate the Contact Organizer:

Easily Create New Web Surveys

Create new surveys quickly and easily. Specify a Begin Date and End Date for each survey to control when the surveys are available, or manually control when surveys are displayed by using an Active/Inactive setting.

Organize your Internet Surveys

You can setup different "types" of Surveys, each displaying different types of content. Allows you to reuse the Survey Generator in multiple areas of your website.

Integrates with the Contact Organizer and Mail Wizard

With every survey, you build your existing Contact Organizer because the Survey Generator automatically captures contact information from those submitting surveys. You can also use the Mail Wizard to send a survey link to a targeted group of contacts or to your entire contact database.

Add Images and Documents

As with all modules, the Survey Generator allows you to upload images and documents to display within the "details" of your web Survey. Web designers can specify automatic image scaling and placement of user uploaded images. Hyperlinks to uploaded documents are automatically generated.

No Arbitrary Limits

Create unlimited Survey "Types" to categorize your online Surveys, and create unlimited Surveys within them with an unlimited number of questions and responses. Create an unlimited number of users with accounts to manage your online surveys.
